Kokanraj farm is not like any other farm, it is a dream of a young Marathi man. A man brought up in Mumbai and who has been working in a Middle East country, Qatar, for the last 20 years as Project Engineer. Who did not ever come across any agricultural skills. Sudesh Mestry is the ideal man behind the only ORGANIC FARM in the whole of Ratnagiri. Kokanraj farm is developed on a piece of rural land, 10 kilometers away from the Ratnagiri city and located on Mumbai-Ganpatipule highway.

On this 15 acres of rocky land, we have imported soil and sand particularly for mango plantation and also for various other plantations. Kokanraj farm separates itself from all other farms as here our first priority is the care of our mother nature and so we grow organic Alphonso mangoes, fruits and vegetables without the use of any chemicals and supplements.

Use of natural and chemical-free ORGANIC fertilizers and pesticides bless our Mangoes, Cashews, Coconuts and other plantations giving it a Rare and Delightful taste and flavour. We are committed to a sustainable agriculture. This is an all season location. ‘Kokanraj farm’ is very warm, welcoming, well-appointed and ecologically responsible.

Imagine farming the natural way, going back to what our grandparents knew. At ‘Kokanraj farm’ we work with words like wholesome, natural, healthy, and nutritious in our minds. We offer our vegetables, fruits and poultry and we sell wholesale to various retail locations that support small family farms. We produce mangoes organically and we also practice organic poultry farming. We propagate the raising of 'Desi’ chicken which is one of the most health friendly and a rare segment of the current agricultural sector in India.
